Sweet, I as just reading some of the reviews when I went to download the app and a lot of people were saying its been kind of buggy (the app, idk about the bracelet). I was wondering if it connected to MFP or not, awesome that it does! :D

I personally try to avoid anything "diet" or "zero" because of the artificial sweetners. personal thing. But i don't think its a substitute for water.

liquid diets are never good! eat real food! or if you dont have time to cook, instead of blending all those things up into a liquid why not just eat them whole?! More satisifying that way I think, and plus once you stop using the liquid diet method and start eating solid food you will almost certainly gain weight back.

I havent had a cigarette in 5 weeks and i havent gained not a single pound. I actually broke through my plateau and lost another 3-4 pounds. I've drank A LOT of coffee however, think that was my go to instead of candies or gum or what ever. Just keep exercising and watching your calories and it shouldnt be a problem (:

i used to be in a guild on World of Warcraft named this. I only have two myself. Breathe on my wrist and a tattoo on the back of my neck for my daughter (simple tiara with her name underneath) <3. Too tired to upload the photos i have to show off *shrug*

thought I was 15% bigger than i actually am which was about 3 body sizes off. Really an eye opener. I'm also the 'perfect pear' shape ;)

my boobs are the same size but my back fat and armpit fat was the first thing that started to go for me. Its nice to not have a disgusting bra bulge anymore.

If it came from a cow, generally I'll drink it. Anything from whole to skim (we usually buy 2% in the house, but I get skim or 1% every once in a while for myself). I just cant drink soy or almond milk, taste weird to me.
