Oh yeah! When I gained from 200 to 220 pretty quickly they seemed massive, not that they actually were but they grew so quickly. Down 17 pounds and they're almost back to normal. My boobs are the first thing to go which makes me oddly shaped for a while, but also motivates me to keep going.

Omg yes! When I got back to NYC from Hanoi (via Ho Chi Minh City, Dubai, and Milan), my feet and legs were so swollen the skin was breaking and I could barely walk. Even a cross-country flight bloats me pretty badly but it took over a week to get back to normal from Vietnam.

I've had mixed results with weighing things that are super light. For example, chia seeds I seem to have to put 2 spoonfuls before it even notices I've put anything (and at that point it should be close, if not over the 15g serving) so I've started weighing the bag, zeroing out and then seeing how much I took out instead.…

My go-to for long office days when I don't have time to bring something is Panera. I would order with the mobile app for rapid pick-up and I could be there and back in 20 minutes (8-10 minute drive each way and no waiting).

My feelings on VPL exactly. I give zero effs if anyone can see my lines; at least they know I'm wearing em!
