Don’t believe the packages. Literally weigh things that are individual items. 1 46g hot dog roll is let’s say 140 cals...well turns out, they don’t all weigh 46g. Some are even 60g. That’s 1.3x what it says. Those errors can add up! Edit: typo

My diary is open. I cook at least dinner most days. I save what I made as recipes (weighing how much of each thing I put in) and then weigh out portions, since I’m cooking for me and my husband (and sometimes leftovers for lunch), but I’d be happy to share anything that piques your interest.

My strap broke when I was on vacation in Italy, so I kept it in my jacket or jeans pocket and it seemed to be pretty accurate. I didn’t get the Heart rate feature obviously, but I wasn’t about to NOT track 25,000 steps days 😂

I thought I sensed that, but you know it’s kind of hard to determine in text. It just had me thinking about “trigger foods” (idk if that’s the word for it), the ones that if you keep it in the house, you eat it all until you’re bloated and it hurts and you feel like poop.

Bananas with some peanut butter *usually* takes care of my sweetness cravings without wrecking everything. Also, as other posters have said, I let myself go closer to maintenance. I can make up for it the week before and after if I really feel like I need to.
