I haven't lost anything yet but I've just started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I also got a 30 minute walk at 3.0 mph with hills in yesterday. Feel good.

I want to get in the habit of working out 5-6 days a week. I have this bad habit of eating to much and I want to cut back on that.

I got 95 sit ups this week.

I have a water bottle that holds 8 cups and I also got two 20 fl oz water bottles that I use when I workout. So I get about 12 fl oz in a day.
