It's a new week. Start over. Everyone slips, some more then others. But it's ok.

Yes walking is a workout. It's easier on your joints then jogging/running.

Try drinking 8-10 8 fl oz glasses of water. It should help you stay hydrated. If that doesn't seem like enough then add more to what you drink.

My goal is 30+ Most of it is walking with a little running thrown in. April 1: 2.90 April 2: 2.62 April 6: 4.02 April 7: 1.92 11.46 miles down and lots more to go.

This one is good. I also like anything by Robin Carr, Linda Lael Miller, and Janet Dailey. Dean Koonz book the "Watchers" is good. Dian Palmer is good and so is Patrica Briggs.

The way I see it, as long as you're sweating it should count. If your burning as many calories cleaning as you do working out it should count as a work out. I do every so often use cleaning as a workout but only if I've worked up a sweat. And it's not something I do on a daily basis. More like once a week deal (if that)…

Have been on mfp sense November 2013. I do good for a while in logging food and exercise but then I slack off for a while, then I go back to logging everything. It's a vicious circle....I'm telling ya. Age: 29 Height: 5'3" SW: 225 CW: 215 Goal Weight: 120-130 I'll add you.

Some Ramin Noodles do and some don't. Sometimes the same brand will have beef or chicken stock in it. Just read the ingredient list.

I have found that if I want something different then plain old water, I put ice that has either mint leaves or blueberries in it. Gives it some flavoring, some antioxidants, and low calories (whatever is in the blueberries), also I put a few drops of lemon juice in some. Hope this helps.
