Absolutley! I have lost a couple inches in my calves by running and 30DS. I had a pair of boots I couldnt even attempt to get on but now they fit albeit slightly snug than I'd like.

Wow sounds like you have a lot on your plate for sure! I haven't really been doing what I'd call losing...it is the gained vacation weight that is slowly coming back off. The trip was good. I miss the coast so much and wish we could move back so badly. Maybe one of these days... I feel really sluggish because of eating bad last week and not exercising. Well...I am back from vacation. Boy am I feeling it too. Ate absolutley nothing healthy and made no effort to exercise. I feel like a slob and do I dare to step on the scale??? I have to go buy a few groceries so i can get back to the grind and try to repair this damage I have done...grrr....

It is really hard when they stand there trying to shove food down your throat all the time...but then if i eat a cookie there is always a smartass remark like dieters dont eat those....GRRR

30 Day Shred for five days a week + I work doing barn chores at a boarding stable, nothing like hard manual labor for calorie burn! I am also about to add some kickboxing and start back running .

Days 1- 3 is always probably the worst as far as soreness. But if you can stick it out a couple more days the soreness goes away and you start to feel stronger...its a good feeling!

I have actually not changed what I eat...I did fix my portions though. That did a tremendous help for keeping my calorie goals in check. Don't get discouraged. Maybe Monday is not a good weigh in day. Most people don't eat well over the weekend and Monday is bloat day central. I can't wait until our tickers say ZERO left to lose!

I use a few of his methods but have mostly converted to Clinton Anderson. They are "basically" along the same lines, but I like the no-nonsense of DownUnder Horsemanship. I kinda flip-flop back and forth depending on what methods seem to work with that particular horse.
