I'll join! Actually starting Level 1 today.

$8 dollars a square bale for grass hay. $65 - $100 for a round bale. I liked it better when it was $5 and $40. Things are getting tight, thats for sure.

YES! I am a pear shape and we have our own issues as well. I can wear a Medium top but have to have XL bottoms. I have huge hips, butt and thighs because that is where all my weight accumulates. So where as you apple shapes can't fit anything up top...we can't fit anything down bottom. And forget jeans, buy the time I buy…

Yeah I feel guilty. But between weather, short days, work and working out and helping with school work there is just no time. But can't tell my horses that, they get very clingy when I don't have time for them and make me feel worse! lol

I just mix mine with milk most of the time or put it in oatmeal. But if you do a search you can find all kinds of recipes like muffins and brownies.

Lufkin, Galveston and DFW here

Take your BodyMedia out of the armband and just tuck in in your bra strap by your rib cage on left side under you arm. That's what I do...the readings are the same and no ugly armband staring everyone in the face. I only use my armband to sleep.

I have a 15 year old QH Appendix and 4 year old Saddlebred/QH cross. I ride both English and Western. I have quite a bit of weight still to lose. Feel free to add me.

My doctor told me it would be fine to do on and off. However, My pharmacist and other doctors told me that it should be taken no longer than 3 months to prevent heart problems. I later found out the doctor that told me it was okay was making a killing off the "diet plan" at his office and was pushing it on everyone. After…

I was on Phentermine for about 4 months to start (this was a few years ago) and had great results. I lost a lot of weight quickly and have kept most of it off. I can't say I was ever addicted, although I did go back on it now and then just to get a handle on my eating. However, I wouldn't recommend it, nor would I go back…

Tried it for a month and it didn't do a thing...just another money pit.

I have a BodyMedia Link and I love it! Very accurate. I dont like the armband because if you wear it long enough it leaves an indentation in your muscle that takes a while to go away, and it screams "I'M ON A DIET!" I have since learned to wear it on the inside of my bra strap under my arm next to my rib cage and it does…

I used mine for meats and veggies. The chicken is dry if you do not marinate, but the burger and such come out great. One word of advice is to buy the one with the removable plates. They are so much easier to wash, just pop them out and into the dishwasher. I had one with non-removeable plates, and it was a huge pain to…

Count me in!

BUMP because Cinco does the same thing...although I think his is just pure laziness!
-
If you intend to do this be very careful. My doctor put me on Phentermine several years ago and yes I did get lots of energy and lose weight BUT it also gave me an irregular heart beat which I still have even though I have been off of it for 2-3 years. Because of this, my fitness efforts have been hindered tremendously. At…

I agree with this. Some men are intimidated by pretty women like you and fear being shot down themselves.
-
Hey girlie...Yes...Cinco is still lame but slowly getting better. The weather has been crazy so not much work done with Cajun either. I have been eating like crazy and seem to not know what FULL is anymore...GRRR...
-
I have a Link and LOVE IT. I had a couple issues with not syncing but BodyMedia tech support fixed it all up and I have not had any issue since.
-
Wow sounds like quite the day! lol Cinco is okay...still sore in the hindquarters though and I am not sure why...He is okay at the walk/trot but his canter is all funky and he doesn't want to reach underneath himself with his back legs like he needs to. But that seems to be the least of my worries right now... There are…

Wow! 25 minutes...GO YOU! Well my workout efforts have been sabotaged so far this week by a sick friend who I have taken over her morning shift feeding horses...I usually workout in mornings cause my evenings are hectic...but oh well...she can't stay sick forever lol. I have not drank soda in a while or caffeinated…

I would concentrate on getting better above all other things. I have revamped my goals on BodyMedia and MFP to something I feel I can stick with for now at a pound a week loss instead of two pounds. We shall see how it goes...
-
I hear ya...well I am up to 172 this week...not sure if water weight or not but kinda killed motivation. I think I am stressing about it too much and its not helping matters.
-
Currently I am not doing any lifting although it is something that I am looking into starting in the near future. It is something I would like to add, although I do some light strength training at the moment. I want to both be smaller and change my body shape and at least be some form of toned. I lost 75 pounds a couple…

The numbers shown are my daily burn from activities according to BodyMedia. I wear my armband 24 hours a day. I make adjustments on the days that I ride horses while wearing my armband as the calorie burn is altered greatly from the horses strides (it thinks I can run very fast and that I can burn 1000 cals in 30 minutes).…

abryant1979 on RK...been running on treadmill so haven't been using much lately but plan to start it up again soon :)
-
Sorry you are sick...that really sucks. Funny...my horse is the same way. He does better to the right because I am stronger on the right. He mirrors me my instructor says. And I am constantly getting yelled at for not working evenly...so hard when it is habit.
-
It will get easier if you stick with it. Usually after about the 5-7th days it gets easier and you won't be so sore. I have worked up to Level 2 and still haven't been sore like I was on days 2-3. Stick with it!

Things are about the same here...I seem to be at a plateau where I have been for a month now. I am thinking about running to GNC and seeing what they have as far as metabolic boosters and may try a new fat burner that has hit market. Also, we moved the treadmill into the living room from the garage so I can start…
