I also have trouble with exercise-induced asthma when I run and when I ride. The inhaler before your exercise helps a lot, and I also take mine with me on the run. When doing the C25k, I always listen to my body and lungs and repeat weeks if I feel the need. No sense in pushing too hard and end up in a situation where you…

I run with my 2 year old Dark Chocolate (Almost black) Lab, Buddy. He is my best buddy and my fierce protection.

Don't worry about having to repeat weeks. The program actuals says some people will need to, and to only move forward when you are ready. When I do it, it takes twice as long because I will repeat almost every week at least once. :)

I am currently a 12/14, I think I would be happy in a 10/12 range. Somewhere around 140-150 lbs would be okay with me even though I am a short 5'4". Just would like to be toned and less jiggly :ohwell:

Try using C25k (Couch to 5k) then add the B210k (Bridge to 10k) programs. They are excellent for building endurance and helping you run in a way as to not push yourself so hard you hurt yourself

My dog goes with me. He is large and very vocal, not to mention VERY protective. If it is after dark, I generally stay inside and run on the treadmill instead.

I don't know if what I do is considered running but I try! :)

Definetely Old Navy!

Go to Walgreens and pick up some Color Oops. I used it when my hair was dyed black and it worked beautifully. It is not a bleaching agent so it will not fry your hair, in face mine was in better shape when I got through with it.

I have the BodyBugg and LOVE it!

I bought compression capris from Old Navy and love them! They not only calm the jiggle down tremendously, but they smooth out all the little dimples on you thighs...I won't go out for a run with out them!

Amazing transformation! Very inspiring!

I did C25k last year and had to quit. Then started it again this year. It is tough at first. But it gets easier. Repeat weeks if you have to, it is meant to be done at your own pace.

Ask around, the people you know. Many people have treadmills they are using as clothes lines and would love to get them out of the way. Or look at places like craigslist, but beware of scams and try before you buy. I just purchased one from a friend, a barely used tread they paid $1000 for and I just got it for $350. you…

I actually dropped a little on the Orhto Tri-Cyclen, but it wasnt worth the migraines and outrageous mood-swings and roller coasters of emotions...

I have the problem of the incredible shrinking boobs too! And there is not much to lose there in the first place! Yet the hips and thighs and butt remain supreme...

Found it! Its on magazinedealsnow.com

I don't see where to enter the code?

If you are using iphone there is one by Bluefin Software that is good, I use it. There is also one by LoLo Fit that I am trying that seems pretty good too.

Last year I did the C25k three days a week; Monday Wednesday and Friday and did Yoga Meltdown after. On Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays I walked and did 30 day shred. It was hard at first but got easier. The soreness goes away, but it was a lot to take on, and I burned out quickly. Don't know if I would take on so much…

Did my Week 1 Day 1 last night and did pretty well until the very end when my asthma kicked in. But I am feeling optimistic as I did this program last year and did well. Although I may have to do the first couple of weeks a couple times each to really do well. I hope not but we shall see.

Just got a BodyBugg and am loving it. It is a little hard to get used to with it being on your arm but it helps me see the calories I am really burning. I also have not been having some of the issues I see with people are having with FitBit. I love this little thing!

The program is available on iphones and androids. I love using the app on my iphone! Going to start Week 1 Day1 as soon as I get home from work!
