wow I did not know that you needed to do any of this!?! Im only up to 4 miles at a time now but am wanting to do a half marathon so I am going to start the research on this for sure and follow this post. thanks to those that posted your experiences for the rest of us!

Im not doing WW, I am doing Isagenix however i am new to this site and encouragment is what is all about! What is MFP? I really like how this site breaks down all the daily intake too. I think this will really help me more.

ok so third time is a charm for me but I am going to stick to it this time. I also just had a baby but I was carrying it for another family so I dont even have the taking care of an infant "excuse". Whats even worse is my two year was asking to workout yesterday.... she brings me the dvd and says work out mommy work…

the real difference is on the labels, but i go by taste too. My duaghter and I both like the Chobani 0% with fruits in them but she doesn't care for the Fage 0%. Neither of us can handle eating "regular" yoguart anymore. It just doesnt taste right. Mix with a little fruit, greek yogurt is so much better.

For what your doing make sure you are drinking lots of water and maybe add some glutamine to a morning shake or sip on a recovery drink while working out such as SciVation Xtend. I used it after my first pregnancy while doing a cardio bootcamp class and it seemed to work well. Try soaking in a salt tub too if you can. :)
