I think the wife threw a Shar-Pei comment at me the other day? I make sure I'm standing straight up, and I don't do push-ups with my shirt off.

Wear dark color gym clothes that don't show the soak. Unless you need to show everybody how hard you are working? I do sometimes enjoy looking at the nice/interesting patterns they make! Glad to hear, when you are at gym that you are not just socializing and chatting like I do.

Aw PU are easy, just gotta do them. I got some of the Perfect Pushup devices. Followed the instructions and after a few (okay 6 months, okay okay 9 nine months) I did +1000 push ups in about 3 hours. For almost a year straight I did the ARC Trainer 750 at LVAC in Las Vegas 4:30 am 2nd row 2nd machine 1 ONE hour a day. If I looked at the clock before the hour was up I would add 5 minutes. One time I peeked at 3 seconds left and had to do 5 more minutes. CHANGED MY WHOLE LIFE. Later I got doubles on it. Then one day it…

“Think Easy, Light, Smooth, and Fast. You start with easy, because if that’s all you get, that’s not so bad. Then work on light. Make it effortless, like you don’t give a **** how high the hill is or how far you’ve got to go. When you’ve practiced that so long that you forget you’re practicing, you work on making it…

You always pass failure on the way to success!! My favorite, sounds better when you hear it: If at first you don't succeed, keep on sucking 'til you do suck seed. (succeed). ;-) -- Curly Howard At first I wasn't happy because my clothes were too tight. Then I wasn't happy when I lost a bunch of weight and my clothes fell…

Gloves, & headband or hat. It doesn't often get below 40F here, and I use shorts year long. Fingers & ears get might chilled. When it's cold I seem to start a little faster  Good sweat wicking base layer is good too.

Where did you take that picture, run in that sand and save all your money! I happen to like a little protection for my tender feet. I hurt them using thin shoes and running to darn fast. Get some good rubber under them and just easy does it. Toughen them up and you will be okay. Most of all -- "Enjoy the Dance"
