You look amazing!!!! Definitely have obvious gains! Well done. This is the exact type of plan I will be doing once I am done cutting (been cutting since Nov). I wanna get down to about 18-20% BF and then go through about a 6-8 wk bulk!!!! So this has been really inspiring thank you for posting :)

^ This, my personal trainer tells me this all the time. Focus on Carbs, Protein, and Fat!!! Everything in moderation.

Definitely do not stop weight training. What I personally did was increase cardio by 15 mins when I plateaued which helped bring the weight down on the scale again, but I also started doing HIIT 3-4 times a week, which really helped and it keeps the cardio workout shorter and you burn a lot of calories in the short amount…

My face did the exact same thing when I first changed my diet. It was bad. It did however begin to clear up the more and more and now I rarely get a bad breakout anymore (except I do have one right now). Just keep cleansing and eating clean and your face may begin to clear up gradually.

Anything that has a fast tempo is usually good. yesterday the one song that kept getting replayed was Hey Monday - i dont wanna dance. Worked well with my HIIT cardio.

I hit abs probably about 2-3 times a week! Legs I hit about twice a week. and any other day I try to get in some circuit training and fit in some other strength training like chest/ Back, Lat/Bi's.

For some reason I would much rather do legs, than arms or abs!!! I hate doing abs.
