I have one of these, and just got an iPhone 5. Apples sells a cable adapter and a small adapter that convert the 30 pin to the Lightning connector. Both work fine with this meter. Now if there was a way to get the data from the BGStar app to myfitnesspal, as the reporting on the BGStar app is a little lacking.
