It's nice to hear a man's point of view. Sometimes we wonder what you're thinking as we go through this and find it difficult to live with ourselves.

Thank you both. I was trying to follow directions from fit its site but it wasn't working for me.

In regards to the meatloaf idea, how do you prevent the bottom from burning? Do you add any liquids?

I use the spaghetti squash in place of pasts. It's a great bed for chicken parmesean. Just place a cooked chicken breat on squash, put a spoonful of pasta sauce and a slice of mozzerela cheese on the chicken, melt cheese und broiler and serve.
