  • The only place I've ever found spaghetti squash in the UK is via Riverford (the veg box delivery company), and even then only rarely. I'd love to be able to buy it more often, it's both weird and delicious :)

  • Cathe is great or step DVDs http://shop.cathe.com/step_fitness_video_s/52.htm I'd recommend getting a full size step if you have the space because its a lot easier to follow the routines.
