I've started the Simple Diet today and am very excited. I have problems with portion control so having the microwavable entrees will help me alot. I'm hoping to lose about 50-60 pounds. Wish me luck!

Today I walked to the 5 Mile Fat Burning walked and did two miles! Proud of myself for pushing past mile 1! Now I'm going to try to get to mile 3 my next workout
