Yes! I joined last week and noticed there hadn't been any new posts in a while. So glad to see more people posting! I keep my Striiv on me all day long. I have logged over 100,000 steps in 2 weeks and walked across Rhode Island (miles). :) I love Striiv!

I am gonna drink more water (already at 8 today) maybe go for 12. Also, gonna do some plank work for my core (I'm gonna shoot for a minute.) Also gonna spend some time on the treadmill. I don't know if I'm ready for that many crunches yet.

I missed checking in yesterday. But, I've been doing well. Still walk at least 2-3 miles a day. I wish the iPhone app had access to the groups!!

I had a good day. I walked over 4 miles today and burned close to 800 calories. It seems that I can eat a good sandwich and then go and walk. I don't need to eat so much, either.
