The hubby took the kids & I for dinner, then ice cream. I skipped the ice cream run all together! That's huge for me! Declining to take something yummy is totally out of character for me. Usually I would stuff my face with something delish, and then pay for it with a stomach ache later. On my way to creating better habits!

never daily!! i do it once a week, especially if im changing up my meals to make sure i am doing better not worse.

i lost all my weight with 1200 cals ( 30 pounds). I had to figure my body out. At one point I tried to eat back my calories back after working out, and I gained weight. So I ketp wroking out, and just kept to my 1200 cal diet-not eating my work out burn back.

yes. i learned to stop telling people what you are doing, so they cant judge you...especially if they arnt on teh same journey as you! Tahts why there is MFP!!!

i did this the entire month of december!! i was eating mcdonalds & fraps and cookies and all the stuff I love really late at night! It was great..but had so many guilty feelings! I knew i had given up on myself and was falling back into my old habits so quick, and felt so ashamed that i came so far and back to step one…

not sure, but i think it has alot to do with genetics. For example-I have an hour glass figure. WHen I was heavier- I still had a waist-but had a belly and a double chin LOL, but my waist was there!! Now that I lost some weight you can see my shape from the front as well...not just when I walk away anymore LOL

From prior experiance you just have to be brutally honest. rather hurt his feeling a little now, than loose complete interest and break his heart if you end up cheating on him or break up with him. I can totally relate. feel free to friend me! There is nothing wrong with you!!

i make one every day for myself and kids almond milk spinach chia seeds banana and i add ovaltine chocolate mix for my kids ( better than quick) for "better" flavor.

OH MY! waaaayyyyy too many! Whats worse, sometimes i eat a bunch of things i dont even want to try to find what im really craving! this mostly happens on weekend that i dont have errands to run or things to do...uuugghhh

1200 calroes works fine for me. I eat a nice breakfast a reasonable lunch and a smaller dinner. I have healtheir snacks ( strawberries/ banana peanut butter) compared to chips & soda as I was before. sounds like your on the right track. Eating breakfast, giving up soda and just making healthier choices is what works for me. I still have snack attacks some days and other days im really good. yes exactly, before I was lucky to find something cute that fit right. Now I have more options, not a bad thing, but I do have to limit myself! It does get hard to dress for work, I try to apply the one bottom rule to my work clothes as well...probably should be dressing nicer for work though lol
