  • For me 130s-140 is good, I am built differently than just a small frame. I use to be 120s and that was too small for me. I think this is something as you get there you know it and also talk with your doctor they see your body differently than you will.
  • For me I think I for the most part am seeing the person I am becoming. Now there are times I look at me and I am negative but it is about changing what I say to myself.
  • Learn to coupon and ad match. I spend $300 for a family of 4, 4 dogs and 2 cats a month and have money left over. We always have freash produce and lean protine in the house. The other stuff I weigh and eat less.
  • First, you are not the number on the scale. The scale is a tool to use but does not define who you are or the work you are doing. If you do cannot look at the scale everyday without it changing your mood and mind set don't. Just stop. Remain focused on making better choices and keep going. There was a time I really felt…
  • You have to do what feels right for you. If you are getting discouraged doing it daily; don't. I personally step on the scale every day but I only count Sunday because the scale can go up and down during the week. Why I step on everyday boils down to I like to see how the food I ate/drank work with my body. I really hardly…
  • Just start small....better choices take time and you can't always do it all at once. Bite size ones help. Instead of 2 cookies have one and next time skip them. I work a lot and have 2 kids and I know it is hard to make time for you...but you can and you will be so happy you did.

  • I am 5'4" and right now my goal is 135 but I always say and trust that I will know when I am there by how I look and feel.
  • So excited that you are enjoying the app. ... I totally love the app and the site and excited for the pounds that go away.
  • What are you eating mostly? Working out your body will crave more food and needs more food depending. Eat more protine and fiber.
  • I only count my WI on Sunday morning but I step on the scale every day...just helps me know how things affect my body that I eat but I don't give the every day WI much thought other than to know I am on track.

  • Why not just not step on the scale for a while. You are dealing with a lot and you have to start eating and the scale might be unkind to begin with given everything. So just start by makeing good choices (to eat and track) and set a date to check your weight.
  • I will normally accept anyone that ask and when I request them it is based on a post I saw or such. Now with that said there are times I requested someone or they asked me and I just remove them because it is too much drama or such in their feeds. I interact with those on my friends list and encourage them...but right now…
  • Good for you. WW is great if you want the go to meetings and the accountablity of having to pay each week gives. I personally prefer the calorie method that MFP offers now that I am here. I did WW before and it is a great starting place to get things under control. Good luck!
  • I want to look on the outside the way I feel inside.
  • Good luck on your journey.
