My husband is about 250 and tried the insanity, he ended up hurting himself which only resulted in discouragement. I was advised by many not to use this workout unless you are somewhat in shape already. I work out a couple times a week for an hour and had a very hard time getting through the fit test

Down 1.4 for this week although with the holiday weekend i thought it would be a gain. Trying to stay focused and not fall off my routine too much. Hoping I can get this done.:noway:

I will be doing Zumba. I hope to do the class a couple days and then do it at home for a couple of days.

The weight watchers scale measures pounds, water, fat and calories. I've had the same digital scale for years and it is pretty accurate
