You are running for you, not anyone else! In my race on Sunday, there were all types of athletes - professionals to first timers. Everyone encouraged one another, cheered for each other, especially for the people who were finishing towards the end of the race. Keep up the great work....stay focused and you will be fine

Lots of good and/ or interesting advice. My first observation - your diary is not open so we can't see what you are doing, therefore, can't really do much but guess. So, be honest and open it up for people to see and provide feedback.
