Ok responding to my own post to say I figured out that NSV means "Non Scale Victory". Check! Now I still want to figure out that banner thing! Please help :)

Wow! Great inspiration! I am glad you posted. I am in the same boat....just started about two weeks ago weighing in at 210 and 5'7......so not happy but happy to have found MFP! I can't wait to loose 60 lbs! That is exactly my goal right now although ultimately I would love to get down a litle further to 135. Your pictures…
