DEC 1st = 147.0 lbs DEC 8th = 140.2 Loss = -6.8 lbs (Really prolly only lost about 3 lbs of fat because I always drop like 5 in the first few days after i start eating right)

Im doing great, I havent screwed up once on calories, workout every day but monday. But tonight I am lacking on energy. I did 30 min of light aerobics. But i need to kick my *kitten* into doing something more hard core !!

the most cals I have ever burnt per min is TAE BO!!! therse almost no rest time its just med and high cardio. But its great and the videos are like 40min-60min long (sometimes i do only 30min) But thers like 15 or so FULL VIDEOS on youtube FREE Thats what i do (and its how i dropped 45 pounds before) I gained some of it…

My challenge is to do 60 min workout time every day (except sun) And stick to my calorie goal. NO BEER too ha !

Mainly compare weight loss. Most people have a smaller (ish) amount of weight to lose 10-20 LBS so would be really nice to get rid of that last little bit all together ! I like to think of Jan to be a fresh start, So I wanna be as close as I can to my goal weight, as I can going into 2013.

I was 175 then lost 45 or so pounds. i was 126 at my best. (which was perfect) then i gained back up to 150. As soon as i started eating less and working out the first week i lost 6 lbs. Not al actual fat of course, my body is getting used to not over eating so im not carrying around extra food weight. im only a week in to…
