I am having a problem with not enough protein. Just this morning I ate the Jimmy Dean Quesadilla (turkey, sausage). I'm still hungry. So I'm now eating a protien bar and lots of water. Can you give me some tips to your "too much protein" issue. Thanks

It's not like you are telling me something new...I just keep doing the wrong thing! I get so mad at myself, but I try to get back on track on Monday. At least we don't quit that is what is important.

I'm the same way...I just finished recording my weekend. I hate the weekends for this. I have to schedule, thus I end up eating out most of the weekend, which isn't a problem if I go to a place listed on here so I know what I'm getting. The issues is when I go to places that aren't listed and I have to guess, or find…
