  • SW 317 CW 298.6 ( -2.4 loss this last week) Feb GW was to get out of the 300's. Yay, I made it!! I need some time to think about my March goals.

  • Are you getting enough sleep? Enough water. I think I've been working out to 3 -5 days a week. I just walk slowly for an hour. I think my hrm says that Im in the fat burning zone. This month I've noticed that my scale moves better when I have limited bread, sugar and pasta.

  • SW 317 CW 305.2 Loss 11.8 Im typing with tingling hands so this lets me know that I need to scale down the speed and length of my walks.I might even try weight lifting, keeping my heart rate fat burning mode instead.
