Accomplished 4 days of cardio this week which is huge for me. I normally only do lifting with maybe 1-2 days of cardio. Everyone here is inspiring and I love reading about your accomplishments!

My goals: 1) stay within 5g for each of my macros categories 2) remember to drink my water even when work gets crazy! 3) spend 30 minutes of outside play time with my kids each day 4) cardio 4 days a week 5) end goal for this month lose 5lbs
