Get out of the 120's....so close, I know I can make it happen in February, and the day I see 119 on the scale I will finally feel that I'm making some real progress towards my goals. Other than that, treat my body right and move to 2 good workouts a week. Good luck to everyone! Add me if you'd like some support.

*bump* Anyone else? ^_^

Drink 2 glasses of water and see how you feel. Whenever your body is thirty you can start feeling the urge to eat....if that doesn't help, try some chewing gum, or just have a small healthy snack like an apple.

...although, now that I think about it, the idea of "shredding" my muscles doesn't sound very pleasant!

Oh, thanks, so thats a popular workout DVD?

Sounds absolutely delicious! Below are my suggestions, will lower the calories a bit or just to make healthier. Mine is a pretty natural approach, so you could cut calories even more by using artificial sugar if that's your thing, but I wouldnt recommend it. I'd make em a bit healthier and enjoy in moderation. Let us know…

Oh goodness. Peanut butter, I can't even bring it into the house or I'll go at it with a spoon at 3am!

No way, you do?!?!? That's so funny. I wish I would have pulled the trigger, my friends bought some. I'm in LA, and they sold out in Opening Ceremony so ridiculously fast. I'm usually not a print fan at all. If it doesn't fit, or you sick of it....I know someone who might be able to take em off your hands :D

THE BAG IS GORGEOUS! That's sad to hear about Fifi....must say I'm shocked. I'm gonna pretend she's not real and theres a cute fluffy bunny behind the blog. How many more pounds til you get to wear that baby around town? :)

Oh by the way I LOOOOOOOOVE your ticker. It's from that cute girl with the cute blog of bunnies wearing all the recent fashions? RIght, I forgot her name...

Oh, cute! That's such a good idea. Buying a reward and looking at it.... Which one? Let's see lady!

Marni Spring is super cute! I work in a store that sells the accessories, but it's not usually my style. I'm more of a shades of grey, black, nude, and beige kinda girl. Marni has the best prints. So retro but modern, if that makes sense. I really want a new dress, everything I have is jersey or like a loose knit silk so…

Yay, this makes me so happy. That blog is incredible, thank you...will keep an eye on it. You're so close, one size is such an obtainable goal. Soon you will be snatching up all those size 4's! I adore sheer chiffon blouses, actually one of the items topping my wish list right now. How do you wear yours? What I really want…

This is quite the delicious threat! Mine: Wine. Chocolate. Cheese. Fresh baked bread....Yum. Now I just wanna stuff my mouth with all of those! What I like to do is remind myself of all the healthy foods I adore, salads with palm hearts and avocado with balsamic vinaigrette. Delish!

Ooh! Egg in a nest!! My mom used to make these for me, with just egg. So delicious. I totally forgot about this, must make soon. Thanks for the reminder.

My biggest recommendation would be to cook as much from scratch as you can. So many pre-packaged items have gluten and casein in them, that you have to scan the labels carefully and it can be a little frustrating to say the least. Find a good recipe site for gluten free and cooking makes it very easy to maintain these…

I like to crack a real egg. I feel it is fresher, and it just feels more natural and less processed, although I know you can get the organic liquid eggs which I've tried and also not hated. I've become pretty good at separating yolk from white, so if I make an omelette or something I usually just use a few whites and a…

My two biggest tips for being full on a 1200 calorie day. Anything with a good deal of fiber and protein will help you feeling full, and usually be a food with a reasonable amount of calories. Whole grains do the trick. Oats for breakfast, maybe with a little yogurt, brown rice, wheat breads, beans. Also, try not to drink…

Most difficult challenge for me is planning ahead, in many ways. I will get so hungry that I eat something which I regret immediately after. Or, I will not have sufficient groceries to make something healthy and be short on time and order delivery for dinner...which pretty much ruins the days progress. Oh, and alcohol. I…

Same story, going on 24. Looking for some friends for mutual motivation. Send me a message to say hello if you'd like to go at it together!

All I want to add, is that cleanses in my experience personally and with friends are either a great idea or a huge mistake. Nothing in between. A lot of times you end up so weak and depraved feeling you just binge at the end of it all, which is the worst feeling ever as your body is still getting used to solids again...…
