That's awesome, congrats! I too know how elating it can be to go down a size on top haha. Most people think it would be devastating but I was just so excited, especially because, like you, it took awhile this time around. How exciting, enjoy your achievement... and the fact that you found a total bargain!

That is frustrating! And just a sidenote... If the "health issue" you speak of is a UTI, the cranberry juice isn't going to do you any good at this point anyway, it's used preventatively only.

Aaaahhh I'm not trying to get on your case but being natural does NOT make something healthy/better for you etc etc. Not to say that this supplement is bad for you, I have no clue what's in it...the only problem is neither does the anyone else in the general public :frown: Dietary supplements are NOT regulated by the FDA…

I completely agree! I always look forward to my Tuesday nights for that reason alone. And yeah it's crazy to see the contestants who are much heavier than I am, yet clearly in much better shape! They are so inspiring!

Aaahhh starvation mode is the worst! I'm VERY stubborn and I'm pretty sure that I'm not taking in enough calories all the time but I'm too scared to up it too much... but I'm working on slowly taking in more and more and not stressing too much about it, I know it's all mental, for me at least.... but I know we can do it!!

This is so hard for me too! I know myself well enought to know that I like to snack late-night better than any time of day. I've heard that 2-3 hours prior to going to bed is fine... For me personally I set a time each day, according to what I have going on that day/evening, that I will not take another bite of anything…
