I bought an app for my iphone for C25K and I really enjoy it. I have the opposite problem than you up in Canada. It's been over 100 degrees for over 85 days in a row this summer. I just finished a Skinny Cow Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Sandwich. Very good. I don't think the ice cream tastes "watered down". I believe that it's a good reward for me at the end of the day.
