Trail mix--mixed nuts, dried tropical fuit, and sometimes a few cheez-its. The nuts & fruit get me everytime and I cannot stop until the whole container is gone! I only buy it every once in a while when I've been craving it bad, but then it take a bit to recover from it!

I am no expert by any means, but you've got to use some core muscles to keep your balance, so theoreticly (if I could spell) you should burn more calories in heels.

As a rule, even if I do my vigorous cleaning and work up a sweat, I don't log cleaning. As long as I can push myself through about the third or fourth minute, I can run outside okay.
