Lol, thanks :) I felt like I was doing everything in proper form-now I'm wondering if I pulled on my neck during the crunches-I know you are not supposed to, but that would be where I believe I may have lost my form. I'll rest for a bit, and then get back to it :)

I much prefer the taste of our tap water, over many of the bottled waters, lol! I get ours out of our fridge, which has a filter that does not get changed as often as it should...still tastes good though. Taste wise, I'm a recovering Mt. Dew addict, but if you have been off of them for that long, why chance it? :)

I just bought the Polar FT7 today also :) Haven't tried it out yet, but judging by the amount of calories I've gone over today, I'm getting ready to head down to the treadmill. Sadly have to stop my 30 day shred until my neck heals.

Lol! I'm a stay at home mom too-right now it works for me, because my husband can watch my 19 month old while I'm on the treadmill, otherwise I wait until they go to sleep-I am Not a morning person, so I'd rather stay up later and exercise.

Cool, thanks everyone-for some reason, I was drawing a blank on broth-doh! I have some Swansons veggie broth in the fridge, but I'm hoping I have some chicken broth in the cupboard. Like I said, I really enjoy the wild rice combos I've had, but definitely not plain, :)

Yum! I've been craving fruits-mango's peaches, strawberries. Can't *wait* for watermelon to come in season! Spinach Banana and peanut butter-all in moderation :) The best for me right now, I'm *Not* craving Mountain Dew anymore! I just picked up some PB2 chocolate from a local grocery store-there is a spot on the website, for a store finder, if you want to try and avoid online ordering-sometimes not always possible I know. The store that had it here (HyVee) was only showing 1 store carrying it, and there are 6 or 7 HyVee's in Sioux Falls.

I'm a confessed chocoholic, and definitely will *not* give it up! :) I just bought the WW Dark Chocolate Rasberry bars-excellent dark choc. taste, and only 80 calories per bar-a serving is considered 2, but one was enough for me. I love some of these other ideas though, thanks everyone!

I just had one last night; a little bit of Smart Balance spread, brown sugar (had Splenda brown sugar, not sure why I used the regular!) and cinnamon. I know the sugar isn't the *best* but I didn't dump it on, and I've been really good lately, so I figure a little bit is okay.

I just picked some up at HyVee the other day-I did the store locator on Bell Plantations site, and even though we have 6, (or 7?) HyVee's in town, it only brought up one-of course I had to go to that one, lol! I really liked it; I bought the chocolate kind, and had to mix some up right away when I got home to try. Yum!
