Thank you :) I think I'm going to keep going with 30 DS, (not doing it in 30 days, this round) and switch over to my bike-my husband brought my bike in and put it on the trainer, so I will work on that for a little bit, and try to go back to running, slowly. I would like to eventually do 30 DS *in* the 30 days, lol!

Thank you for the suggestions :) I think my shoes are still ok-less then a year old, Saucony (sp?) I was actually doing that also, when I started 30 DS, and was doing okay, with a brisk walk (about 3.5 mph) I'm just not sure I can do the running part of C25K right after (not so much now, but towards the end of the program, running 25 min, etc...at least now, with my fitness level. I burned 164 calories today. I think it depends also, on your fitness level. When I first started, I burned more; now my fitness level must be up a little bit, as I have to put in more effort, lol.

Ok, wish me luck! I had to do an alteration with meat-only had two chicken breasts in the freezer, but had recently cut up and froze sections of a big pork loin.
