Here's a new one for you. Now, bear in mind that I wasn't really intending on making the rotini pasta with cheese [it's one of those Betty Crocker "Bowl Appetit's] but I had "Mother Hubbard Syndrome" and didn't have a side dish. But this meal was still under 500 calories all total. It is a broiled pollack fillet that has been marinated in sun dried tomato vinaigrette. It tasted very good!!

Wild rice salad with rocket, spinach and watercress, vegan VegiDeli Slices, Tivall vegan slicing sausage, and a drizzle of balsamic dressing. Total cals - 528
ETA: Yes the meat replacers are processed but they're actually not too bad, containing mostly natural ingredients (and they *are* yummy!).0 -
