I let myself cheat one meal a week..i don't go overboard..i am doing low carbs..so, on my cheat meal, I might eat a slice of bread or a slice of pie or have a small bowl of icecream..i do however stay away from certain things like candy..i heard if you let yourself "cheat" a day it tricks your body..then i heard it…

I quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago..didn't gain any weight..i was fat already..lol..but then i decided to lose weight..and i'm glad i quit smoking because there's nothing worse than walking/running and coughing because my lungs hurt...the only think i did to quit smoking was to wear a rubber band around my wrist and snap…

I do walk/run..my goal is to do some type of marathon but I need to be able to run for more than 30 min at a time..i'm not quite there yet..I do give myself a meal once a week to cheat but without going too overboard. It seems to help with my cravings during the week because I look forward to that one cheat..
