hi nikki! i'm christal and i live in oregon..i have three kids and completly understand the baby weight...i've been doing a low carb diet for about 4 1/2 months and have lost about 50 lbs..it's hard work but so worth it!

I've been on a low carb diet for months and have lost 50 lbs..I try not to go over 20 a day but some days are worse than others..I would say that I eat bread, potatoes, and rice about once a month..it's hard but do-able...I am now trying to watch my calorie intake and it's hard..My mind still…

When you figure it out, let me know..lol..i tried on some boots the other day that go over your calf..well, at least that's what it was supposed to do, but it didn't!! I have noticed that my legs don't rub together as much when i walk now..so, that's a plus!!

one person said when they saw me from the back, they thought someone new started at work until i turned around and they were like, 'omg..you look so good..you've lost alot of weight..didn't know that was you!" it was an amazing feeling..even when customers at my work notice..it's a good feeling...good job on your 40 lbs!!

I do low carb and I try to stay around 20-50 a day..i prefer 20 but I try to give myself a cheat meal once a week..although my cheat day consists of more carbs, i try to stay away from pasta and potatoes..i try to get most of my carbs from vegi's..i use atkin bars in place of meals or when i feel like a candy bar..it's…

I used to hate to tell people my weight but I'm actually proud to say that i'm down to 170!! My goal weight is 140. I'm getting there, slowly, but surely!

My goal is to be healthier and stay that way for my kids and myself. However, I would really love to be able to run a mile without stopping. Right now, I can do a mile in around 12:30 but that's walking and running.

I started off doing Atkins..you know, the bars and measuring my food and really counting my carbs..i didn't go over 20 carbs a day for a few months..then i started just eating more vegis and trying to drink more water..and exercising more..i still watch my carbs but i don't consider myself strictly on the Atkins…

I would like to run also..I do more walking but I try to run at least a min or two and then walk about 5..it's hard..i used to be a runner..but after running for a bit, my shins start to hurt and feel bruised..i have good shoes but maybe their not good for me..i would love to try to do a marathon of some sort but I know…
