Hi everyone,
I'm nikki and I'm 24. I live in the MacArthur, NSW area.
I guess I have joined because today I looked in the mirror and decided that I need to do something for me. I haven't been happy with my weight since I had my daughter 3 years ago and now I have a 6month old son as well my body never really recovered.

I'm hoping I gain gain some more knowledge through this app and hopefully gain some friendships too.

    hi nikki! i'm christal and i live in oregon..i have three kids and completly understand the baby weight...i've been doing a low carb diet for about 4 1/2 months and have lost about 50 lbs..it's hard work but so worth it!
