For me - Smoking 1 cigarette is worse - quitting smoking was the hardest thing I have ever done. When I quit it was cold turkey and never looked back. FEAR keeps me from smoking just one - it would then become 2 or 5 or a pack. I worked to hard to get the monkey off my back.

My mini goals are for every 10 pounds of weight loss. My reward most of the time is simply reaching the benchmark and feeling the Internal Reward of a job well done. It allows me to move onto the next 10 pounds inspired. If that doesnt work, a really expensive piece of jewelry :)
