Choobey, I"m staying under my calories and walking or doing the ellipcial 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes :). Also, I'm trying to drink mostly water and just drinking a bubble beverage (coke or mt.dew) on the weekends :)

Min4us...I LOVE your profile picture!!! I use to have a digital scale...but I would get all sorts of readings dependin on breathing(?), feet placement, placement on the flooor....it was so annoying! I went to a scale that spins around...:) It's old fashion but I feel better now! :) Have a great day and good luck!!!

I LOVE this!!! The scale and I are on a long distance relationship....we only see each other once a week! :) After we visit, the scale travels back into the closet on the shelf!! :) Great post :)

My hubby is unable to work out now due to an injury as well. When I first started working out I felt guilty because he couldn't and I should be next to him and helping him , but after awhile the guilt will go away!! Hello! You can add recipes on here! Click the food tab, then the recipe tab, then create a new recipe. You add all the ingrediants, how much of the ingrediant, and how much the meal will feed, and it calculates the nutritional value of the recipe (per serving). Hope that helps!

I really don't like going to cosco, showing the lady at the door my membership card, then having to STOP because the person infront of me could not move to the side to put their card away!!! Worked out on the elliptical for the fourth time this week doing 30 min. at a time (whoa!!!) ..and I cut my meal in half tonight instead of eating it all..:)

I have found eating a meal before a workout makes me feel icky half way through..I have starting having a banana before a workout and a glass of water..gives me a bit of energy and I'm not working out an empty stomic :). Hope that helps! :)
