I have been burning over 600 cals a day by working out in small increments during the day. I get two 15 min breaks at work and a 30 min lunch. We have a fitness room at work so I either do the elliptical, stationery bike or treadmill on both my breaks and usually try to fit in at least 10 mins at lunch. I have, as of…
