I did the 24 day Challenge and it really kicked started my weight loss. I lost 11 pounds and 13.25 inches. I still do the meal replacement shakes, the Spark and the vitamins. Love Advocare!! Since completing the challenge I have lost a total of 25 pounds and 26.5 inches. I joined Curves Complete right after the challenge.…

I'm on day 9 of level one. After the first week I have lost 6 inches over all. It's a great workout! I log it as circuit training.

I am 3 days in! I love this workout! I felt stronger last night doing the workout. I hope to see some results because my muscles are really feeling the burn!!
