This my second week doing this challenge. I started at the 3500 mark and burned over 3800. So I'm setting this week's goal at 3800.

I'm so glad I found this! I've only been exercising for 6 days, but yesterday I set myself a goal to burn 1000 calories a day, 7000 a week.

First week on MFP, and this challenge sounds great! I'm going to start with 2000 since that's a bit more than my normal amount (I probably average about 1500 calories/week normally).
