Okay, I am going to try for this. Brand new to challenge. Most I have done according to my hrm is 2500/week this year. I will roll the dice and up to 3500.

I set myself a goal of 2,500 calories burnt on cardio.... As in excluding weight training etc. I started Saturday so....
