I'm here! I'm not a success story YET! But I am certainly going to try to be one. I just started and also just turned 45, ugh. I know it will be slow but I want to become healthier and healthier to keep up with my young children. WE CAN DO THIS!!!!! Age is just a number...Good luck to you

Today I did not eat ANY of my childrens Halloween candy!!! The day is not over but I've made it this far and plan to stay away from all the candy!
