I weight myself about every day but only record it on Tuesdays, no matter what. I used to not weight myself during that time of the month but I think I used that as an excuse to eat more. You have to hold yourself accountable.

haha I make them when I am not hungry and cut them into bars as soon as they are done so I know exactly how much I am eating! Although my cousin and husband have sat down and ate 6...LOL

I'm by no means any kind of professional on this but I would think it would be something you would want to watch. It's great it's coming from fruit as opposed to candy bars but from what I've heard/read too much sugar is not good for anyone. Again, this is only a guess :)

Seriously! I found that livingsocial has a lot of Philly Food Tours. The good part about them is they are all WALKING tours so you get to try great Philly food but also get to walk around the city to burn some of it off!

Definitely do! I set little goals for myself. Like I have to drink _______amount of water before I can have a snack in between Breakfast and Lunch ect. I was a person who ate because I was bored before so I like to make sure what I feel is hunger. This way I ensure I am actually hungry by waiting and it helps me get all my…

I weigh myself every morning but only record it on Tuesday's. I find that weighing myself everyday keeps me motivated. After a day where I think my weight will be up, to find it down is a real motivator. I guess it could have the opposite effect but it hasn't thus far!

Spaghetti Squash!!!! I'm obsessed. I think I could write a cook book or open a restaurant just with spaghetti squash because you can cook it so many ways and its good to substitute in place of pasta!
