I do a circuit training class at the gym twice a week (strength training interspersed with some cardio to keep the heart rate up). I think it totally depends on your body type and what you feel comfortable with. I am 5'3" and a half. I feel really good at 130 and anything less than 120 I look a bit sickly. The last time I was at that weight though, I had a lot of muscle from competitive training.
