I drink a high protein shake for breakfast, 2 cups of veggies for lunch with a high protein bar and then 2 cups of veggies along with 8 ounces of protein for dinner. I drink a Muscle Milk Lite a couple of hours before I go to bed. And I drink at least 77 ounces of water every day.
