I make ahead egg whites. about 3. then I put it on an English muffin with weight watcher's cheese slice. It isn't bad for you, and if you take that yolk out, it way less calories for the eggs. I put it all in fridge then heat it up in the morning.

hi. 1200 calories is not a lot, but its all what you eat. You need to stick to things with protein, that will help you feel full.

Hi, I have about 80 pounds to lose, So I am close to 100 pounds. I need support also. If you like to snack, that fine but make it healthy. One snack I like is yogurt (any kind), walnuts, and banana. Its very good and good for you. Also suger free jello and light whipped cream is very good.
