I am proud of what I have achieved and don't mind telling them. The follow up question is usually "how have you done it" I then tell them I have discovered the greatest weight loss secret ever and then they start to whisper and ask "Will you tell me what it is" and I reply "Eat less, work out more...it's the best kept…

I'll need to take some photos as I don't have any of me at the minute. I'll post back once I have some.

Thanks everyone for your replies. It is very helpful. I do assume I won't need to go to the Gym (as I do now) while I am doing this.

I changed my MFP goal manually and increased my calorie intake from 1700 to 2000 per day. Although I no longer log the calories burned (average about 1000…

Thanks all. Seems a lot of calories burned but then again I did feel it and she does say it beats an hour in the gym...

This is great. I know how hard a complete lifestyle change can be. Well Done!

I too love crackers and very low fat cheese spread. Never eat more than 100cal worth though.

Although I weigh every day I am not to bothered with slight fluctuations. It is what I weigh on a Saturday morning that counts. I do my Official weight on Saturday as I also do my measurements and log it all on a spread sheet as I do not work on a Saturday so I have the time. So long as everything, from weight, BF%, LBM…

Truth...? I go on these forums and read and make comments. It keeps my hands busy and my mind off the cravings...oh, and I have a bottle of water handy. It's amazing how a bit of water reduces the craving.
