This, keep at it and hopefully things will settle down, it did for me. Best of luck and hope you'll get the results you want.

Hey, I order from my protein all the time, I really like their products. It's much cheaper than other brands with practically the same ingredients. I use the whey isolate due to a higher protein content instead of the regular whey protein. I get the unflavoured option only because I'm trying to cut down on Sucralose but if…

First of all congratulations on you 7lbs loss. Now here is the thing you're working out too much and not eating enough. Just focus on one program and if you read the diet plan that comes with P90X it will tell you how much calories you need and looking at your diary I can see that your not eating enough.

I eat peanut butter almost every day. you're not going to put on weight if you eat it, just make sure it fits in your daily calorie limit. As for which brand is better just check the ingredients and make sure no rubbish is added to it. I personally like the whole earth range (no added sugar).

I agree with schnarfo. Everyone here is telling you that you need to eat more, they're telling you how to do it by eating dense foods, and they're telling you that you don't need to workout as much. Keep in mind those people are doing well in their weight loss journey so I'm sure they know what they're talking about. So…

Pretty much this. I've completed insanity without all the supplements just make sure you get enough protein.

I know exactly what you're going through it took me a while to adjust. Focus on lean protein and healthy fats like avocado, whole eggs, nuts/ nut butter, Olive Oil and Canola Oil. Oily fish such as salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel and trout are full of omega-3 fatty acids. It will take some time for your body to adjust, be…

I've always had problems finding the right trainers, so most of my workout are bare foot. Completed 30DS, Ripped in 30, Inanity bare foot and no problems. Just remember everyone's different so see what works best for you.

1400 cal is really low for you and that's why you can't lose anymore. Because you don't have that much weight to lose, you really don't want to go more than 15% deficit. So if your TDEE is 2282 -15% thats 1939 calories a day.
-
This. Also I recalculate TDEE if I change my routine (exercises, daily or weekly activity).

You won't gain the weight back if you eat at maintenance and exercise regularly. That being said I think you're working out too much. If you like working out maybe you should exercise 5 days a week, 2 days cardio and 3 days weight lifting. You'll definitely need to do strength training if you want to 'tone up', lifting…

I started with Jillian Michaels DVDs, also Turbo Jam, and Zumba. Now I'm doing Insanity 3/4 days a week and weight training twice a week 6 days in total for 45-60 min.
