Yeah I had a bit of knee pain but that was okay in comparison to the pain I had in my elbows in level 2/3. I've stopped for the moment and am doing other workouts.

I'm on level 2 day 8 and I have to say I hate it with a passion.:D Well, it's not THAT bad, but it's still no fun. I much preferred level 1 and look forward to starting with level 3. Just finished level 2 day 5! :) And it's really getting easier. But I couldn't do the walk out push-ups cause my right elbow hurt soo bad today. Hope everyone is doing well.:)

I just finished level 2 day 1 and I have to say.. I hated it a bit.:D I'm glad when this is over and I can move on to level 3. It's not just that it's hard, I just don't like it, I can't really explain why.:D

Are you close to your period? I usually gain 2-3 lbs around that time of the month.

As someone else has suggested, it could be that you're close to your period. I always gain at least 2 to 3 pounds around that time.
