My first bake as per the recipe, was soft and chewy(ish). Which is why I gave them longer. Cookies to me are chewy, biscuits, which may be my British taste are crisper.

OK made a batch. Nice, but for my taste they are a work in progress and have infinite varitions. I didn't have the full weight of raisins so made it up with dried apricots. I'm thinking apricots or dried cranberries would work well. The first bake recommended didn't work for me. So I gave them another 10 minutes at a lower…
